These include the experiences and people he has met, and will follow up with access to some exclusive but truthful memories of his and others, never told in a humorous fashion as creative as this!
This is not only Sport which apparently he excelled at.
I think and hope, that you will see that Mark thinks, that he has had a few curved balls thrown his way, but no more than anyone else, and a general undercurrent that some have handled angst, in different ways. Some are more sensitive, and we have to look after me, I mean them.
